You may return item(s) purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping, taxes and duties.
- Return merchandise must be received, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt along with your order number.
- Item(s) returned after 30 days, after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code for the value of the item(s) excluding shipping, taxes, and duties.
- Store credit will be issued 10 days upon receipt of returned item(s) allowing time for inspection.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info.estherclothing@icloud.com for a Return Authorization.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with additional instructions on how to complete your return.
- Items send back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on sale item(s) or gift cards.
Exchanges
- We do not currently offer exchanges.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
