You may return item(s) purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping, taxes and duties.

Return merchandise must be received, unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt along with your order number.
Item(s) returned after 30 days, after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code for the value of the item(s) excluding shipping, taxes, and duties.
Store credit will be issued 10 days upon receipt of returned item(s) allowing time for inspection.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.estherclothing@icloud.com for a Return Authorization.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with additional instructions on how to complete your return.
Items send back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return on sale item(s) or gift cards.

We do not currently offer exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
