Refunds Policy


  • Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed and a refund issued.
  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Shipping cost, taxes, and duties paid are non-refundable.
  • There is a restocking fee of 10% for each product.

 

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info.estherclothing@icloud.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  • All returned item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Queen Esther clothing.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We cannot accept returns or refund for used, dirty or damaged items.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item(s) or gift cards.
